Omni Hotel Los Angeles

Every year, at our Season for Sharing Event, we applaud our community partners for taking action in the effort to alleviate hunger throughout Los Angeles County. We are sincerely grateful for their leadership, dedication and generosity. By contributing their time and resources, our partners shine a spotlight on the fact that everyone can do something to fight hunger.

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is honored to have Michelle Fisher, ABC7 Eyewitness News weekend anchor and general assignment reporter, as emcee for the annual Season for Sharing event.

Michelle Fisher co-anchors ABC7 Eyewitness News weekend evenings and is also a general assignment reporter. Michelle joined the ABC7 Los Angeles team in November 2022. Prior to joining KABC-TV, Michelle worked as an anchor at the Black News Channel and at NBC News, where she anchored a digital show called “The Report by NBC News” on Quibi.

Prior to her time in New York City, Michelle worked for WBZ-TV, CBS Boston, as a reporter and fill-in anchor. Michelle’s broadcasting career started in Monroe, Louisiana, where she was a morning anchor for KTVE/KARD, the NBC/FOX duopoly covering parts of Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.
