As everyday goods and essentials are on the rise, families struggle to make ends meet, putting their health and livelihoods at stake. The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank reaches an average of 870,000 people every month, providing food assistance to individuals who may not know where their next meal is coming from.

Please note:

• Arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
• The minimum age requirement to volunteer is 18. No exceptions.
• No walk-ins allowed – all volunteers must register online ahead of time.
• Parking is available on-site. Parking is stacked – no early exit.
• Each shift is limited to the first 50 people to sign up.
