The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank Receives a Donation of Over $50k from Uniqlo to Support the Greater LA Wildfire Relief

The generous donation to the Food Bank is made in conjunction with their parent company, Fast Retailing.

As the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank continues its mission to fight hunger and support neighbors affected by the Greater LA Wildfires, community partnerships play a vital role in helping ensure that no one in our County goes hungry, especially in times of crisis.

Uniqlo was among the companies that stepped up to help and continues providing essential assistance to the Food Bank and the communities it serves, now with a contribution of more than $50,000. This generous donation, made in conjunction with its parent company, Fast Retailing, will help people facing disasters such as the Greater Los Angeles Wildfires.

Thanks to this donation, the Food Bank will continue to distribute emergency food kits, stock community agency partners and provide shelf-stable food items to those experiencing food insecurity due to the recent disaster.

Additionally, Uniqlo team members recently donated their time at the Food Bank’s City of Industry Distribution Center, where they spent three hours gleaning, sorting and packing essential food items for our neighbors in need.

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is deeply grateful for Uniqlo’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community partnership. Their support exemplifies how businesses can make a meaningful impact in times of crisis through both philanthropy and hands-on service.
