Chef Bio: Aaron Robins

Aaron RobinsAaron Robins, born and raised in Encino, has been a professional Chef for the past 25 years. Trained with some of the top chefs is San Francisco and Chicago in the late 1990’s before returning to his home in Los Angeles to open his first restaurant Boneyard Bistro in 2005. Boneyard Bistro is celebrating its 20th year in Sherman Oaks. Chef Aaron’s training in international flavors and 40 plus years of live fire cooking show in his unique flair for BBQ. Expect the unexpected with bold flavors with elegant restraint in his dishes. Chef Aaron, in addition to supporting the “Taste of the Rams & Los Angeles Food Bank”, works with other charities including Operation BBQ Relief and Guy’s Foundation, JBBSLA, Children’s Burn Foundation, local schools, and youth sports programs.
