Serving safe food is not an option, it is a requirement. Whether you work in a kitchen or in a Food Bank, knowing how to order safely, receive, store, handle, cook, and serve food is extremely important in any food service establishment. eFood Handlers provides a national, ANSI-accredited food safety training program. The class is available in English and Spanish; your certificate will be valid for three years.
