One of the most efficient and tax beneficial ways to make an impactful gift to the Food Bank is to make a gift of stock. The donor or transferring broker must provide the following information for audit and acknowledgment purposes:
- Donor’s name and complete address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Specific Food Bank program to which gift should be directed (if any)
