Wheel of Fortune and Vanna White visited the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank on May 13th to celebrate their 2010 partnership to raise funds for Feeding America. Vanna White will provide an update of funds raised to date and take a tour of the facilities to see how the funds will be used. Following the remarks and tour, White, joined by Maxwell House, Feeding America and Wheel of Fortune staff, will volunteer their time by packing food kits. More Photos

10 former American Idol contestants volunteered their time.
Nick Jonas
On February 4, 2010 musician Nick Jonas came to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank to help sort food items for those facing hunger in Los Angeles County.
Marlee Matlin
On June 18th, actress Marlee Matlin came to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank to help assemble food kits for low-income seniors.
Marlee Matlin also became our spokesperson for our "Skip A Lunch, Feed A Bunch" campaign which ran June through September 2009.
American Idol visits the Foodbank
American Idol judge Simon Cowell visited the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank as part of American Idol Gives Back. The visit was used to inform viewers about the growing hunger problem in America.
American Idol chose Feeding America as one of its charitable recipients for American Idol Gives Back.
Teri Hatcher
Actress Teri Hatcher came to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank as part of a national fund raising campaign. Netflix and Feeding America, Started an outreach campaign intended to assist families in need this holiday season and raise awareness of the issue of hunger in America.
Laila Ali & Curtis Conway
Laila Ali recently hosted the Foodbank's Season of Sharing awards luncheon.

David Arquette
As the Chairman of the Feeding America Entertainment Council, actor David Arquette has been involved with the Foodbank in many facets. He's helped serve lunch up for children at our Kids Cafe sites and with the help of Dana Delaney he recently help kicked off ConAgra's Child Hunger Ends Here campaign. Mr. Arquette and his wife Courtney Cox are also the spokepersons for the National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive, which happens May 8, 2010.It was part of a national awareness campaign to promote summer feeding programs.
Mario Lopez
Actor, Mario Lopez came by on his birthday to help promote a new national hunger relief campaign that will take place in national food chains across the county this holiday season. While at the Foodbank Mario pitched in to help sort food items and load charity orders onto their trucks.
Other volunteers that day joined in a chorus of Happy Birthday and then presented Mario with a birthday cake, which he gladly shared with everyone.
